I just knew after meeting up with Beccy and Ben for their planning meetings that being their Wishaw Golf Club wedding photographer was going to be a lot of fun, and I was right 🙂 !
I made my way to St Chads Church in Wishaw to meet up with Ben and Molly, V.I.D (a very important dog) ! Molly is Beccy and Ben’s adorable Border Collie and she certainly was going to be a very special part of their wedding day 🙂  I must say the churchyard of St Chad’s certainly had been very neatly maintained thanks to Ben, who had cut the grass the day before his wedding day 🙂
As guests arrived Ben, Molly, Bestman, Adrian and the groomsmen welcomed them inside the beautiful 13th Century church ready for Beccy’s arrival. Beccy and her father made their way through the country lanes of Warwickshire to church, courtesy of Ben’s father, who drove his Landrover Defender. The bridal party then made their way through the churchyard full of bluebells into church. St Chad’s was full to capacity as a lovely personal ceremony was conducted. It was really significant that Beccy and Ben are valued members of the church congregation.
After the ceremony everyone headed into the churchyard and lined the path for the confetti shot before family photos and portraits of Becky, Ben and Molly were taken. It was great to incorporate the bluebells and the exterior of St Chads into some of the backdrops of the photos.
At Ben’s request a few pictures of Beccy and Molly were taken by the Defender before setting off for Wishaw Golf Club. The clubhouse has a stunning setting, situated in a elevated position giving views all across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.  Beccy and Ben had chance for a few more photos out on the golf course before being greeted into the clubhouse by their guests. Everyone then enjoyed an absolutely excellent buffet style Wedding breakfast followed by speeches.
With the evening quickly upon us, it was party time! Beccy and Ben had a good friend who was a DJ and after their first dance, he got everyone having a great time on the dance floor.
Before I said my farewells I just took Beccy and Ben back outside, on to the golf course to capture a final twi-light shot.
