It was just a perfect day for an outdoor wedding ceremony, as I set off to be Zoe and Liam’s Wedding Photographer, at the Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire.
As I arrived at this charming Victorian English Country House I headed over to the Bridal Suite. Inside, I was greeted by Zoe and her Bridesmaids really enjoying a busy bridal prep. Meanwhile, Liam and his Best man Lee had a chance to mingle with the guests before they all made their way over to the Lakeside. The Lakeside has stunning views overlooking the 3 acre lake, with a wedding pavilion set on an island, such an idyllic location for the wedding ceremony.
As the ceremony got underway, it was lovely to see Zoe arrive accompanied by her son Oscar, who gave her away. The Warwickshire Registrars conducted a very enjoyable ceremony as beautiful music was played by the string quartet.
After the ceremony Zoe and Liam held a very special butterfly release on the island to remember absent family and friends before making their way over to the Rose Garden for family photos. Later Zoe and Liam returned to the island for their portrait photos. Some of the younger guests enjoyed time to play garden games before all the guests took their seats in the Arden Suite to welcome Zoe and Liam for their wedding breakfast and speeches.
Evening entertainment soon came around and it was time for cake cutting, first dance and some final twilight portraits . As I left Zoe and Liam, a lively evening of music and dancing was underway, complete with a vintage photo booth providing a lot of fun 🙂
