It was torrential rain as I arrived at this stunning, Tudor style, country manor hotel, situated just outside Kidderminster in rural Worcestershire countryside. I certainly had my fingers crossed that the weather would improve as Andreea and Mihnea had their hearts set on an outdoor ceremony. Firstly, I met up with Andreea who was not at all fazed by the weather and was really enjoying her bridal prep.
Leaving Andreea and the bridal party in the busy hotel suite I made my way downstairs to where Mihnea was greeting the guests and taking the opportunity for a few photos in the gardens. What a relief it was, the rain had stopped, the sun was shining and everyone could make their way to the Pump Rooms for the outdoor ceremony 🙂
It was not long before Andreea’s Maid of Honour, Bridesmaid, two little page boys and flower girls made their appearance. We then eagerly awaited Andreea and her father’s arrival The Worcestershire registrars soon had the wedding ceremony underway which really was enjoyable and full of laughter. After the ceremony, as Andreea and Mihnea left the Pump Rooms, the guests lined up on the patio to shower them both with bubbles and confetti!
Andreea and Mihnea then held a drinks reception on the lawn. There was plenty of time for guests to mingle and chat in between the family photos and a few portrait shots.
The rest of the day’s celebrations were to take place in the Manor’s Drawing Room. In the gorgeous decor of this room Andreea and Mihnea kicked off proceedings with their cake cutting followed by everyone enjoying the Wedding Breakfast and speeches.
As it was such a lovely evening we headed back out into the gardens. Andreea and Mihnea were such a fun couple and really enjoyed making the most of the amazing locations the hotel grounds had to offer to capture their portrait shots. It was then back inside into the Drawing Room after Andreea’s bouquet toss for the First Dance!
