I had a trip to a new venue for me for Stacey & Chris’s wedding, to be their Hadley Park Hotel wedding photographer. This lovely venue situated just outside Telford town centre in Shropshire provided ag reat setting & thoroughly justified it’s first place in the Wedding Industry Awards regional award for Best Town or City Wedding Venue.
Stacey’s room was a hive of activity for her prep with all the girls busy with their preparations & plenty of people popping into to wish Stacey well. Somewhat calmer was Chris & the guy’s arrival in a rather lovely white Rolls Royce, although venturing out for the photos was an epic expeience with the sunshine disguising the fact that it was bitterly cold & blowing a howling gale!
Ceremony time was soon upon us & everybody was soon seated awaiting Stacey’s arrival & arrive she did looking stunning & late enough to have given Chris plenty of time for a few heart failures 🙂
A lovely, emotional ceremony followed with tissues being the order of the day for everybody! Heading out for photos after the ceremony we were very soon heading back in to warm up!!
The consevatory provided a perfect setting for the family photos & soon we were heading in for the wedding breakfast & speeches with some great entertainment for the kids laid on to keep them amused.
Evening soon was upon us & after a quick dash around the hotel for a few photos it was time for Stacey & Chris to take to the dance floor for their first dance, soon joined by a fair few balloon wielding children 🙂
