It was lovely to be back at one of my all time favourite wedding venues, Moxhull Hall, to be Claire & Carl’s wedding photographer. Moxhull Hall is located in it’s own beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield & offers the perfect, exclusive use wedding venue for wedding couples from all over the country. The former restaurant has been converted into a wonderful indoor ceremony room along with the charming Calliope’s Garden for outdoor ceremonies. A new addition to the grounds is the delightful bridal prep bungalow & that is where I met up with Claire & the girls preparing for the day ahead & it was certainly a bungalow full of life & laughter 🙂
Meanwhile the guests were gathering in the bar before making their way through the grounds to Calliope’s Garden for the ceremony. It was soon time for the ceremony & Claire, her father & the rest of the bridal party made their way through the sunlit grounds. We all enjoyed the ceremony conducted by the Warwickshire Registrars before heading back to the terrace for the drinks reception followed by family photos in the gardens.
There was just time to grab a few photos of Claire & Carl before we all headed over to the Marquee for the wedding breakfast & highly entertaining speeches. Afterwards & with evening fast approaching we nipped up the drive for my feature twilight shot before Claire & Carl kicked off the evening celebrations with their first dance.
