A short trip out found me at the lovely Packington Moor wedding venue, set in the charming Staffordshire countryside just outside Lichfield. This is always one of my favourite venues as it offers many, varied photo opportunities.
With Katharine & the girls getting ready in one of the cottages it was, too put it mildly , a full cottage but everybody was in great spirits & looking forward to the day ahead.
Ceremony time was fast approaching & so, with a detour to the farmhouse to meet the registrars, we headed to the Oak Barn for the ceremony, conducted in great spirit, by the Staffordshire Registrars.
It was pretty chilly & windy as we headed out for photos but Katharine bravely ignored the cold & we had a good tour of the estate to get the portraits shots. With darkness fast approaching we headed in for group photos & confetti.
Soon enough it was time for the wedding breakfast & speeches & it was certainly a first for me as Garry proposed to Katharine, having apparently not done it properly the first time. Fortunately Katharine said yes 🙂
Evening celebrations then awaited & Katharine & Garry took to the dance floor for their first dance.
