Mythe Barn Wedding Photography by Paul Goode
On Thursday 23rd May 2013 I was at the amazing Leicestershire Wedding Venue, Mythe Barn, to be Sarah & Mark’s wedding photographer. It was my first visit to this venue & it didn’t disappoint, lovely light, airy buildings surrounding by beautiful rolling countryside make it a great new Wedding Venue. Sarah was getting ready in the stunning bridal suite while Mark was greeting the guests in the lobby & before long it was time for Sarah to make her way down to the Oak Barn for a fun filled ceremony really enjoyed by all Sarah & Mark’s family & friends.
The weather was a touch cruel to us with rain & a very cold wind making it a little tricky for the photographs but the Oak Barn provided a lovely backdrop for the family groups & Sarah & Mark gritted their teeth & braved the cold for photographs in the lovely grounds. We retreated indoors for the wedding breakfast which was opened by a lovely speech from Sarah. The main speeches followed the meal & poor Mark probably regretted having 2 bestmen as both had a field day at Mark’s expense with some great stories!
The rain & wind had cleared & been replaced by beautiful evening sun & so we headed out for a few photos to make the most of the beautiful countryside around the barn before heading in for Sarah & Mark’s first dance.
