Sunday 4th May found me in the Warwickshire countryside to be Claire & Phil’s wedding photographer at the stunning Ardencote Manor just outside Warwick. Claire & the girls were already thoroughly enjoying their prep in the lovely bridal suite when I arrived & laughter & fun were the order of the day! This was undoubtedly helped by the beautiful weather which meant that the ceremony would be outdoors on the Island , something which Claire had set her heart on.
Guests soon started arriving & making their way across the bridge to the island which is a beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony & before we knew it Claire & the girls were heading across as well & we all enjoyed a light hearted ceremony. With the sun keeping everybody warm we got some photos on the island before heading back to the hotel for the drinks reception. A few photos followed before it was time for the Wedding Breakfast & Speeches which everybody enjoyed, although some of the humour was definitely at Claire’s expense 🙂
With the lovely evening light welcoming us we headed out for a few more photos to make the most of the lovely grounds before the dance floor beckoned for Claire & Phil’s first dance.
